Strawberry Banana Juice with Hidden Fresh Spinach عصير فراولة بالموز و السبانخ الفريش



Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, folate, magnesium, iron, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C.

Strawberries are an excellent source of antioxidant-promoting vitamin C and manganese. They are also a very good source of dietary fiber, iodine, and folate. Plus, strawberries are a good source of copper & potassium.

Bananas are naturally sweet and can help curb your sweet tooth if you get that afternoon sugar craving.

Bananas have a small amount of vitamin A, that is vital for protecting your eyes and normal vision.

Its a very good source of Potassium which maintains proper heart function and regulates your blood pressure. Potassium-rich foods such as bananas actually offset the effect of sodium (salt) in raising your blood pressure.

Ingredients: المقادير

  • 6 frozen strawberries ٦ فراولة مجمدة
  • 1 banana ١موز
  • 1 light yogurt ١ زبادي دايت
  • 1 tablespoon optional honey ١ معلقة كبيرة عسل نحل اختياري
  • Half cup fresh spinach  ١/٢كوب سبانخ فريش
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons skimmed milk to ease blending   معلقة لمعلقتين لبن خالي لتسهيل الخلط


Blend blend blend and enjoy.

Notes :

You will not taste the spinach in the juice so it’s perfect for non spinach eaters.
